What you’ll need

  • 350 grams fig
  • 350 grams chuchuhuasi
  • 100 grams orange peel
  • 3 ½ ounces of Patrimonio SuyusTM

Preparation

    Slice the figs.
  • 2

    Chop the chuchuhuasi into small pieces.
  • 3

    Dehydrate the figs, chuchuhuasi and orange peel.
  • 4

    Place the ingredients into the gallon jar of pisco and seal.
  • 5

    Leave in a dark place for 10 days.
  • 6

    After 10 days, filter or strain the pisco infusion. Enjoy!
